International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping to select countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the courier’s tracking system. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there are significant delays in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at Support@ogcrew.co within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that Ogcrew is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Support@ogcrew.co. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed.
